Hi there, I'd like to thank you for placing all of this information on the Internet. My brother-in-law is a Past Master of the Buda, TX lodge and has been explaining the benefits of the Masonic Fraternity for years. I've finally reached a stage in my life where I can petition without fear of having something distract me during the first year. I'm actually attending a dinner at the Mt Hiram Lodge in Copperas Cove, TX tonight (8 Dec 2009) to meet with the members. I'm a bit apprehensive since my brother-in-law is not a member of this lodge and the gentleman I'm going with is not a member of this lodge. The additional information garnered from your website has eased my mind a little and what will come of my petition will simply be supported on how I present myself. The values and goals listed on your site are what I use on a daily basis with my family, friends, co-workers, and plain strangers.
